1.What is GRS certification?

GRS stands for GLOBAL RECYDE STANDARD, short for Global Recycling Standard.

Applies to: Companies with claims describing the content of recycled raw materials in their final products,

currently generally applied to established verification standards for the reuse of recycled materials.

The GRS certification system is based on integrity,

which includes five requirements: environmental protection, traceability, recycling marks, social responsibility and general principles.

The certificate is valid for one year. The GRS standard applies to products with recycled content of 20% or more.

GRS Certification The Global Recycling Standard (GRS) was developed for the needs of the textile industry.

In order to obtain GRS certification, all companies involved in the entire supply chain, including semi-finished product suppliers,

must meet the standards required by GRS certification.

If you want to do GRS, then the previous supplier must also have a GRS certification,

but under normal circumstances, the upstream supplier does not need to be considered by us, we mainly serve the downstream.

GRS certification mainly examines social responsibility standards, chemicals and the environment, and management systems.

2. What are the specific scope of GRS certification audit?

(2) Product quality system audit;

3. How to use the LOGO label in GRS certification?

Only products with more than 50% recycled content can be used with LOGO, and you need to apply to the certification agency for the right to use the LOGO;

of course, if you need to use it on business cards or other publicity, there is no 50% limit.

GRS certification requires products containing at least 20% recycled materials.

If labeling is required, it does not need to reach 50% recycled materials. GRS requires total balance and the number of purchased GRS products.

Then the corresponding quantity of products we produce needs to be the same as Purchasing quantity balance.
