Lipu Hometime Household Products Co.,Ltd has invited a professional lecturer to open a training session of 5S for all the management staffs in the lobby on the second floor in our factory.
From the training class,the lecturer let us know what is 5S ,and he has organized a series of activities,let us deeply understand SEIRI ,SEITON ,SEISO ,SEIKEETSU and SHITSUKE.
After the training classes,the lecturer follows our management staffs reach our standard workshops , help us us point out where we could improve.Meanwhile we do it according to the standards.
For example,in one of our wooden items polishing workshop,we keep the ready to polished semi items in order and in named area;and the wooden items which finished polished are keep in another named area.
It keeps our workshop more neat, improves the workers’ work efficiency,ensures safety production and better for management.
After that,all workshops in our Hometime factory and the office including the files,document,stationery all are placed in accordance with the 5S standard.
It might be a little uncomfortable at first,but after we insisted on doing it, we found that the documents are easier to find, and the stationery would not disappear and our working status become more better.

SEIRI : Distinguish between necessary and unnecessary items in our Hometime factory standard workshops, and keep only necessary items on site
SEITON : Necessities in accordance with the provisions of positioning, set methods placed in an orderly and orderly manner, clearly marked
SEISO : Clean up unnecessary things thoroughly
SEIKEETSU : Everything can be arranged in a neat, orderly manner, to maintain a beautiful and clean
SHITSUKE : Everyone according to the rules, develop good habits, so that everyone becomes a well-raised person
