PE Coated Metal Hanger Production

The following is the production process of the steel raw mateiral to be PE coated.

Our Hometime factory have different diameters of steel and use the Eco friendly PE plastic do the coating on the steel surface.

After doing the PE plastic coating,we will keep the raw mateiral in order and arrange mass production via our Automatic molding machine.

Then our QC team will check the wire hangers and pick up the qualified one.

Then installing the pvc cap if needed and packing the hangers as clients requests.
